I’m sure wearing long skirts or long dresses to national parks aren’t that much of a big deal, but I specifically wore mine to show off my fashion sense, and also to take some breathtaking photos while exploring this beautiful place-The Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado! It took a little over four hours to get to the dunes, but the national park was absolutely worth exploring!
Visiting this place had been on my adventures list for a while, and I’m so happy I accomplished that goal. It is a great place to visit with your loved ones. Over there, I got to see a group of young kids on school trips. I witnessed many tourists who enjoyed the beauty of nature at this location, as well as capturing the memorable moments through their camera lenses, while families simply spent some quality times together.
You can also sand-board here, as well as hike, or even camp.
Having lived in a place where hiking is very common, I decided to visit the Great Sand Dunes as well. Although a great place to hike, also a perfect getaway location for me and a special someone. I chose here to relax, model, and explore the beauty of the Sand Dunes with someone I cherish a lot- lovely combination, in’t it?
While I walked towards the dunes after a short rainy moment, I observed a deer who wouldn’t stop staring at me (lol). Though, I have to admit that it was a very beautiful creature.
As a lover of diversity and culture, I noticed there were pretty a good number of people from different parts of the world, which was just lovely. Speaking English there was as common as speaking Spanish, Italian, and other foreign languages at this reserve, and that just melted my heart. Overall, this place is very refreshing and adventurous. I recommend it to everyone!
