I recently had one of the most memorable photo shoots with a few friends of mine at Denver’s famous Union Station, located at lower downtown Denver (LODO).

This shoot went so well, I decided to share some memories with a few fashion tips I followed that helped me have one of the best photo shoots ever. Please keep reading for outfit details. Also, shout out to Dexter (@djdeedee) for being such a bomb photographer!
For one of our unique group projects, we decided to go for a classy themed photoshoot. Although a casual shoot was also another option, I decided to go for two simple but elegant themes. In that case, I decided to find two affordable classy dresses that ended up being perfect for this creative idea; I purchased the yellow dress from H&M, and got this beautiful silver dress as a gift from one of my sisters (Isn’t that just so sweet?). These dresses ended up fitting so well and looking extremely gorgeous and effortless.
I purposefully chose two colors that pop on a skin tone like mine. This brings me to the first tip which is definitely not a secret – Do Not Be Afraid to Wear Bright Colors. With the right makeup, and assets paired with the outfit, I was able to look amazing and stylish!
The gifted sleeveless silver dress was simply perfect. Although not in the pictures below, I paired the metallic silver dress with some blue pointed toe shoes that I purchased from a Goodwill thrift store nearby . This brings me to the other tip which is – go simple, and do not be afraid to mix colors. In other words, going simple while mixing colors could end up looking clean and sophisticated.
This was by far one of the best shoots I have ever done! I enjoyed the special moments, and of course, the wonderful downtown Denver sceneries. I look forward to having more of those, and thank you all so much for stopping by to take a look. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
